300 BC was created to take the guesswork out of training for you. Even as a trainer the info out there is so overwhelming, protein shakes or not, eat clean or not, paleo, mediteranian, zone, train every day, every other day? I don't have all the answers, but I have the passion and patience to help you through your journey. I have trained thousands of people, ages 9 through 73, professional athletes, grandmas, teenagers, obese, skinny. Through all of this I have focused on learning from each session, what works and what doesn't. It isn't easy, it is hard work, commitment and a new passion for health.
