Blended Arts We now have: Crimson & Cerise: Wood aged sour with multiple cherry varieties. ... Le Mure Citron: Wood aged sour with local blackberries and lemon. Essence: Wood aged sour dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. The beers were all aged between 8-11months in American oak Cabernet barrels. All 3 have been bottle aged for extra complexity. Get them while they last as they are extremely limited. If you haven’t tried them yet they are currently available on tap.

‘Tis The Season, for Session Harvest Ale Hop harvest season happens every year from early September to mid October. These harvest beers are typically made with fresh hops harvested within 24hrs. of use. Our example is brewed with Kanook and Comet from Kansas Hop Company. It was then dry hopped with Amarillo overnighted from Crosby Hop Farm. ... The resulting beer is dank, floral, and pungent on the nose. It’s drinks with an awesome mouthfeel exhibiting notes of apricot and peach. Session Harvest Ale comes in at a very crushable 4.7%. Stayed tuned for a variation of last years harvest ale.

O’zapft is! (It’s Tapped!) Oktoberfest was supposed to start this week, since it got canceled we’re bringing it you. When we open today at 4:00pm we will be serving 1L mugs of our Festbier. ... This malty lager is appeasing to both the serious craft drinker as well as those that might prefer the traditional domestic lager. Prost!

Oktoberfest Release Technically a Festbier this is lighter version of the more common Marzen typically associated with Oktoberfest. A bready lager with a hint of toast this beer is delightfully quaffable coming in at 6.2%. It’s brilliantly clear with a dark straw hue. ... Come in and see us this weekend! PS: (No carafa was injured in the fermentation of this beer)

Blended Arts Drop Crimson and Cerise: Is a wine barrel aged sour with multiple cherry varietals. Big black cherry flavors balence an aggressive acidic and funky back bone.
