Felix & Milo Brewed to celebrate the arrival of two beautiful baby boys and their amazing parents, Lauren (a longtime 4 Hands family member) and her husband Mike, Felix & Milo is a Belgian-style saison spiced with rose petals and Szechuan pepper berries on the brewhouse and infused with mango during fermentation. As is life, this beer is complex yet simple, subtle yet bold.... Pair with: Love & Light Felix & Milo is currently available in 500ml bottles at the brewery and in stores in the STL area. MADAGASCAR MAPLE IS NOW SOLD OUT MADAGASCAR MAPLE ALC/VOL: 9.5% : Madagascar Maple is an extremely limited edition of our Madagascar Imperial Milk Stout. This batch was rested in ex-Bourbon barrels that were used to age maple syrup. Strong maple notes dominate the aroma, backed up with a complex blend of vanilla, oak, and chocolate.... SECRET HANDSHAKE ALC/VOL: 10.5% : Secret Handshake was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Left Hand Brewing Company. This Imperial Milk Stout was fermented with boysenberries and aged in a blend of Bourbon and Ruby Port barrels. SLIPPING INTO DARKNESS ALC/VOL 12% : An Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon barrels with a ton of cocoa nibs. The result is a rich, syrupy stout, with a huge chocolate aroma and a sweet, smooth finish. It's rested in a cognac barrel which lends complex notes of vanilla, dried figs and dates. BA Spettro: Barre...l aged Spettro was created by taking our Amaro and resting it in Bourbon and Madeira wine barrels. These barrels lend fascinating notes of vanilla, dark sugars and stewed fruits to an already beautifully complex liqueur. Spettro High Ball: Is a cocktail composed ofour complex and bitter amaroanda decadent vanilla cream soda. This creates a wonderfully complex and balanced ready to drink cocktail.

Our @finbackbrewery collaboration is officially ready! Brewed in a virtual collaboration (read: FaceTime) with our friends from @finbackbrewery in Queens, New York, When the World Stopped is an 8% ABV hazy IPA hopped exclusively with El Dorado hops with apricot puree added during fermentation. Pouring a hazy, glowing orange, this NEIPA bursts with notes of peach, pear and apricot and favors bright, juicy hop flavor and aroma over upfront bitterness. Pair with: Baked Brie, Ceviche, Spicy BBQ

Single Origin, our @sumpcoffee Imperial Stout collab, is back!! Available now for curbside pick up and will hit the market soon. Single Origin is an imperial stout collaboration project focused on single origin ingredients: Ethiopian natural process coffee from our friends at @sumpcoffee, whole Madagascar vanilla beans, Tanzanian cacao nibs and a touch of blueberry to accentuate the fruity notes present in both the coffee and chocolate.

We’ve got a new Scale of Complexity ready to grace your palates! This version was brewed with Sabro hops and the second you pop one of these open you’ll notice that the aroma is insane! Scale of Complexity - Sabro, the fourth in our rotating series of hazy IPAs, is heavily dry-hopped with Washington-grown Sabro resulting in a beer with lower bitterness, but massive aromas and flavors of tangerine, tropical fruit and coconut. Available now in our Tasting Room for curbside pick up and will be hitting your favorite retailers shelves soon!
