We’re dropping two new beers on the online store tonight at 8pm for pickup starting tomorrow! DRIPPING IN GOLD // NE-style DIPA // 8.5 It's baaaaack! To create a beer full of layered citrus character, we brewed this beer with orange blossom honey, a tantalizing blend of American hops and cold conditioned on a medley of citrus zest. We selected hops high in citrus terpenes (i.e. organic compounds) like linalool and limonene that make them complimentary to use alongside real... citrus. KINDRED // Dry-hopped Kolsch // 5.1% Boy oh boy are we into this beer. Dry-hopped with the highest quality New Zealand hops that shine bright with big notes of kaffir lime and gooseberry. This would’ve been a great beer for summer but technically it is in the Southern Hemisphere so I guess it kinda sorta counts. KINDRED is the first, of what we hope is a long-lived holiday beer series, that will always give back to organizations that care for our community. This year, proceeds from the sale of Kindred will be directed to the Westside Community Action Network Center. The CAN Center has been a staple of the Westside community since the nineties with programming focused on creating a safe, healthy, viable, and civically engaged neighborhood. In the midst of the pandemic, they have significantly increased their services to support families and individuals that have been affected by illness, lost wages, and other challenges related to the COVID crisis. Triple Dry-Hopped Trichrome on the online store at 8pm tonight!

Adding two tasty ones to the lineup this week y'all! These will be available on our online store at 8pm tonight for pickup starting tomorrow. NICO // Double Espresso Milk Stout // We've been excited to bring back this collaboration beer with @messengercoffee all year! This Espresso Milk Stout is conditioned on world-class Madagascar vanilla, fragrant orange zest, a dusting of cinnamon, and of course Messenger's espresso blend. It is silky smooth with balanced aromas and flavo...rs of sweet orange peel, dark chocolate, holiday spices, and rich custard. It's a very special beer inspired by the Cafe Nico, which was originally created by the legendary @espressovivace. This beer pays homage to Espresso Vivace and the endless pursuit of quality, consistency, and creativity. TDH TRICHROME // Triple Dry-Hopped IPA // The holy trinity of American hops, triple dry-hopped, and selfishly brewed as the type of IPA that we love to drink. This beer brings together our favorite attributes of IPA, with balanced bitterness and bright tropical aromas from start to finish. We’ve got a CELESTIAL TREAT for you! The Blue Moon on October 31st will be the first full moon on Halloween in 76 years, so we decided to give you something fitting to commemorate the occasion. We balled out with some extra special glow in the dark labels and a killer DDH blend featuring stacks of Citra, Citra Cryo and more Citra. Smells like a fresh cracked bag of hops with mountains of sweet orange, mango, and pomelo dominating the aroma and flavor. $20/4pk... Celestial Treat cans will be available on our online store at 8pm tonight.

The first of two treats we have for you this week, SHIFTING SHAPES, is available on our online store now! We are stoked to release this West Coast Pilsner that is a shift from traditional styles, and is dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic. It pours a beautiful bright gold and stays true to its lager roots with a clean, crisp, and floral finish. Due to the dry-hop, we get big aromas of fresh berries, earthy citrus, and a touch of breadiness from the malt. This is the perfect gate...way lager for all those IPA drinkers. The bone dry finish makes it hard to set down in between sips, and we love the hop expression from some new dry-hopping techniques we’ve been dialing in with our pilsners. Stay tuned tomorrow as we’ll have a second treat available for pre-order at our usual time, Thursday at 8pm!

Introducing BEYOND REACH, our newest double dry-hopped IPA with Galaxy, Citra, and Mosaic. Cans will go up for sale at 8pm tonight on our online store! Beyond Reach focuses primarily on Galaxy, a lovely (and often out of reach) Australian hop that boasts unique and assertive flavors ranging from passion fruit to melon rind. This beer glows a school bus yellow and lays a nice clean foundation for a sublime hop amalgamation. $20/4pk... And not to be forgotten, we still have a small amount of Here To There and Meadow 4-packs remaining. Reminder that we will be open irregular hours on Saturday - 12-5pm. Please keep that in mind as you plan your pickup time. Also, we are probably too excited for the crispy and hoppy treats we have in store for your enjoyment next week

We have a one-off keg of SETTLING IN: COCONUT ALL NIGHT DINER available in crowlers only on our website now. With over 40lbs/bbl of organic coconut this beer is silky, decadent and a delicious rendition. What’s cool is that many of our one-off crowler beers help us determine what to brew and what ingredients we like. The even cooler part is that we use your feedback to guide the ship forward and work to always improve each beer. This is the beautiful thing about supporting small businesses and how much you can actually impact a local economy with your own dollar. There is a lot of fear right now within the small business community and we really encourage folks to continue to seek and support local. And better yet (safely) share what you love with your friends, families, and neighbors.
