Double Holstein Chocolate Stroopwafel 8% ABV - Milk Stout We took our Holstein Milk Stout base and added adjuncts to create a beer that replicates a well-known treat from Holland, the Chocolate Stroopwafel. Brewed with lactose sugar and cocoa,... then conditioned on another round of chocolate in the form of cocoa nibs, along with subtle accents of cinnamon and caramel. We used nearly 100 lbs of chocolate in this batch. Lots of chocolate in this one! Morningside 8% ABV - Milk Stout Our breakfast stout brewed with lactose sugar, oats and chocolate then conditioned on Oddly Correct Colombia Villa Camila coffee and hazelnut. Tastes like a chocolate hazelnut biscotti with your morning coffee. Double Double (Yellow Label) 8.5% ABV - Double IPA The Yellow Label version of Double Double features 4 of our favorite citrus character hops, producing tasting notes of mandarin oranges, candied citrus zest, lychee fruit and lemon soda. Today is officially the 3 year anniversary of our brewery. Many of you were there on our opening day in 2017, and we truly appreciate your support over the years. Limit 2 of each 4pack & 2 of each bottle. 3Leather Duster3... 8% ABV - Double IPA The traditional 3-year anniversary gift is leather, which is symbolic of flexible durability. In celebration of our 3 year anniversary, we are giving the gift of a leather duster and double dry hopped this DIPA with 3 of our favorite hops. Everything is Green 6.8% ABV - IPA "Green" is a term we lovingly use to describe bold and assertive hops that lend notes of pine resin, dank, ripe pineapple, grapefruit & citrus peel. The green hop profile in this beer is balanced by a carefully selected supporting cast of malts that deliver a clean & soft finish. We are beyond excited to put this into your hands this weekend! Counterculture Triple Dry-Hopped 6.8% ABV - IPA We first released this triple dry-hopped version of Counterculture at our 2nd anniversary and decided it was time for it to make another appearance. Counterculture is a blend of Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Galaxy hops. This is the most hops we’re willing to add to a dry-hop profile with Counterculture, and we hope you enjoy. Waldo Honey Hydromel (2 options) 6%ABV - Sparkling honey wine available in 16oz flip top glass growlers. Blueberry Ginger - conditioned on blueberry and ginger. Raspberry Lime - conditioned on fresh raspberries and key limes. Since these are growler fills off of our taps, please keep cold, drink fresh & do not age. The flip top bottles are not returnable, so they are yours to keep! We are guessing on the number available for online orders, so we may have some hydromel available for walk-up orders. Remember to Forget has a thick and creamy malt profile to balance the ABV and huge dry-hop additions. RtF uses the same hops as its sister ...beer (a blend of New Zealand and Mosaic hops), but in different ratios to produce a completely different aroma and flavor profile. This hop provides tropical and citrus fruit flavors of Cara Cara orange, mango & lychee fruit. ON THE ONE IPA DDH with Cashmere | 7.25% ABV This ongoing series features one hop in each batch (still double dry hopped), and this time we selected Cashmere hops. Respect Your Elders - West Coast-Style IPA 7.25% ABV - For this collab with our buddies at Alma Mader Brewing, we pay homage to the West Coast-Style IPA. While our respective breweries pump out our fair share of hazy/juicy IPAs, we are both inspired by the West Coast IPAs of past and the continued evolution of this style. Taking a modern approach with this West Coast-style IPA, we used a blend ...of malts that highlights what is typically used in a classic West Coast IPA, along with malts you might see in a Pilsner or Lager. We also experimented with some new advanced hop products that have recently come to market. All of this has resulted in a bright, crisp IPA that let's the hops shine while the malts take a back seat. Speaking of hops, we used some of the traditional West Coast favs that give it a balance of citrus fruit and subtle pine - Simcoe (lots of it), Citra Incognito, Citra Cryo, Citra, Chinook and Centennial. Counterculture IPA - DDH Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin 6.8% ABV - We brought back one of our personal favorites in the Counterculture series, which features Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin hops. Some fun beers available tonight for preorder at 7pm. Please limit TWO of each 4pack. Wet Hop IPA - 6.8% ABV- We are excited to release our first wet hop beer! We brewed this beer with 50lb of fresh hops per barrel of Kansas grown Kanook and Cascade from Kansas Hop Company, and additionally dry-hopped with Citra & Cascade. While it is a hazy IPA, it's significantly different from your typical juicy/hazy beer. We believe this beer is the truest representation of the fresh... hops we used. The aroma from the day the fresh picked hops were delivered (4hrs after being picked and then into our beer) comes through in this beer. Intense waves of candied lime, melon rind, Lemon-Ups (you know the Girl Scout cookie) & pine, finishing with a saturated syrupy lupulin coating on your palate. It is really something special! We recommend drinking within a few weeks, as the aromas and flavors are fleeting. Recent Issue IPA - In celebration of 40 years of the The Pitch Kansas City, we brewed a special beer called "Recent Issue", a 6.8% ABV India Pale Ale double dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic. Cheers to the Pitch! Double Double Blue DIPA - 8.5% ABV - Sabro and Simcoe take the lead backed up by a blend of citrus forward hops in this version of Double Double. Flavor notes of berry parfait and OJ. We still have growler fills available of Vacation Island Sour Ale with passion fruit, lemon, lime and sea salt.
