Sharing is caring, but not when it comes to germs and bacteria! Research has shown that periodontal disease (gum disease) is caused by the inflammatory reaction to bacteria under the gums, so periodontal disease technically may not be contagious. However, the bacteria that cause the inflammatory reaction can be spread through saliva. Heather at the front desk did a great job scheduling our appointments and getting us in quickly. She was friendly and had a very upbeat personality! Our dental hygienist, Sharon, was very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning my 3 boys teeth. She was gentle, kind, and caring. Dr. Ressel was also wonderful! He had a wonderful bedside manner. He did a great job with the boys and was very informative. Very happy and will definitely be returning!

We had the best experience! - by Erin S. We had the best experience at Bohon & Ressel Family Dentistry! We are new to Columbia and needed to get our whole family set up for appointments. Heather was so nice, she answered all of our questions and made it so easy to get our records transferred and new client paperwork completed. This was our sons first dentist appt and Sarah was awesome! She talked to him about everything that was happening and made him feel comfortable. She showed him all the tools she was using and made him laugh. She really made it fun for him and easy for me! Dr. Ressel was great, very nice and informative.
