Children's Medical Services remains open! We are dedicated to your continuity of care and we are also taking measures for the safety of the community we work for so there is no disruption in our services. We will be available our normal business hours, Monday-Thursday 9:30am-4:30pm and Friday 9:30am-1:30pm. Our team is working in staggered shifts, so please be patient as we return phone calls and provide you with the uninterrupted, exemplary service you have come to know. To ...our patients and caregivers that stop by our office to pick up supplies, we ask that you call a few days before your regularly scheduled pick up day and we will ship your refill directly to you. If you stop by our office, please know the front door will be locked so that we may mitigate the risk of Covid-19 exposure. We are not keeping you from your refill! Simply knock or call our office at 417-882-9440 and someone will be right with you. IF YOU ARE ILL, do not pick up supplies at our office. If you are in Springfield, please contact us for alternative delivery options available during this time. We are required by our accrediting authority to report any of our on-service patients that test positive for COVID-19. Please let us know. This will NOT affect your service in any way.
