Brian Bauer, owner of Crazy Car Furniture, shared about his unique company. He and his five children run the company in Montrose. They have approximately 100 molds of different vintage cars and trucks. Those molds are used to make children’s beds, desks, bars etc. He has even done work for Dale Earnhardt Jr! Members completed another Service Above Self project at the Clinton Intermediate School playground! Kyle Johnson organized the project and Carla Moberly, Parker Mills, Ben Johnson, Dave Garnett, Kyle Adkins, Ashley Wareham, and Elaine Paxton assisted with the work. Thank you to everyone!

The St. Mary’s 3rd graders would like to thank you for their dictionaries. They were so excited to get them.

Tami Jones gave a ghoulish program starring her skeletons on Ohio Street! She started collecting her skeletons 15 to 20 years ago because they always look happy!

Lara Kenney shared her path to having a small town doctor’s practice in Leeton. She is from California, studied at UMKC, joined the Army and eventually ended up here when she married Jeff Kenney. She is shown with Ryan Cook and President Carla Moberly.

Rotarians were out pulling weeds at Clinton Senior Center this evening as a service above self! Thank you to Kyle Johnson and future Rotarians Annie and Brooklyn, President Carla Moberly, and Elaine Paxton.

James Womack, MD reviewed a Primary Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement procedure which has been available since 2003. This is one of the fastest growing surgeries in the US due to arthritis, rotator cuff tears and fractures, and failed shoulder surgeries. Recovery time is much less with this type of surgery. Rotarians collected $352 to purchase much needed supplies for the Clinton School children who are less fortunate. We were able to purchase 14 various sized backpacks, lots of folders, notebooks etc.

Members donated $352 today to be used to purchase school supplies for the school closet. These supplies will benefit those less fortunate! David (Lee) Plumlee, new Chamber of Commerce Director, spoke about his past experiences as a radio broadcaster and how he intends to promote the Chamber. Joyce Carr is the new executive assistant.
