To be willing to be the person who brings their meals with them to a BBQ instead of just eating what is being served. It’s not easy. That’s why being lean and fit is such a coveted thing. I am a firm believer in lifestyle and balance. I really do. I don’t think that you should have to give up any of the foods you love. Permanently, anyway. There is something to be said for having SEASONS where you are stricter and tighter with your nutrition. It is important for so many reasons. : None of your favorite foods are going to stop being made. They aren’t going ! So, giving them up for 12 weeks or so isn’t going to hurt you.
