We are currently working on a 6 family gut rehab that is a historical remodel. 3 bed 2 bath with is suite laundry ,secured parking and a small dog park. One of our biggest jobs todate. My carpenters and I are teaching a few young persons in the skills needed to complete this project. We are paying attention to details.Showing them all the special little tricks and techniques used when working on older,turn of the century homes . This has been an exciting year for us so far. Looking forward to taking on new projects that will allow our team the chance to hone these new skills.

Just finished up this beautiful little second floor bath with an attached laundry that will be hidden behind that wonderful barn door we made and check out that cool cabinet that my master Carpenter Dan lodholz built
