On December 19, 1987, I along with 90 others graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic. Now 33 years later I continue to happily practice chiropractic and acupuncture in the Maplewood/Richmond Heights area. I have been fortunate to have had the support of mentors, colleagues, friends and community for all these years. Of course a very special shout out to Sharon and Jessa who have always been there. In 2021 we will begin to offer some new services that I will introduce in January. We will be open early next week but closed beginning on Thursday December 24th and will reopen on Monday January 4th. Both Angela and I hope that you have/had good holidays and look forward to a marvelous new year in 2021.

Is Hiring A Personal Trainer Right For You? One of my ultimate goals for every person I care for is to help them become stronger and more flexible. I offer several videos on my website that are good first steps. Eventually, you will want to consider hiring a personal trainer. I have been working with a trainer for more than 20 years because I, like you, need the oversight and motivation that a trainer provides to get me to show up and be willing to be challenged. Trainers com...e in a variety of shapes and sizes. Some come to your home or office, some train only in a workout studio and others offer zoom sessions. All of them must consider your training goals, age, gender, physical limitations and be responsive to your feedback. Chance are very good that, regardless of who you choose, you will not like training at first but as you begin to move with greater ease and less pain it will make you smile. Choosing a trainer that is a good fit can be tough. This is where I can help. I have put together a list of trainers that I think can meet your needs and training goals. It is important for you to know that I do not receive compensation for referrals. My only goal is to find the right match so you can successfully become stronger and more flexible. Here are a list of trainers I trust and their websites. After you have browsed through them let’s talk. If you are considering a trainer not on this list I would be happy to evaluate their website and offer an opinion. Yours in good health, Dr M 1. Rachel Berger www.pressonperformance.net 2. Today, I finish my 69th year standing in the foothills looking up at the mountains of 70. My hope is that as we move forward we can find the strength, determination and voice to help create public policy and law that provides enough space for everyone to flourish. My task now is to set a path for my 70’s. My theme is to think big and be willing to take the millions of small steps necessary to get there in all aspects of my life, every day. With a smile on my face and a ...twinkle in my eye, I begin a new decade. Dr. Madosky

Renewal in the Time of Covid I just returned to the office after a spending a week on vacation with Sharon, riding bikes and appreciating the limited use of mask and gloves that being outside and away from others provides. In this year of constant adjustments, we stayed home and took day trips instead of traveling to another part of the country. I discovered simply being outside for long periods of time without a schedule was the key. We spent multiple days riding the KATY... Trail, took a drive to Calhoun County to get peaches and traveled to Funks Grove for sirup (their spelling). We drank tea and had meals in as many parks as we could find. We had time for conversations that were about ideas rather than "to do lists." In short it was what a vacation should be. A chance to stop, reset and then begin again. See you in the office soon! Dr M.
