Sometimes it feels like energy is endless and other times it is literally everything inside of me to do the simplest task. Remember to give yourself permission to celebrate the little successes you have all day long. 1. I woke up 2. I actually put clothes on rather than yoga pants 3. I brushed my hair... 4. I put the laundry in the washer (we will see if it makes it to the dryer today too) It’s ok if stuff doesn’t get done. There is always tomorrow. What can you handle today?
