This client of mine is a dancer, she teaches dance 6 days a week on top of performing. Cupping has helped to keep her muscles loose and more pliable, it really helps with her range of motion as well. In this photo I have cupped along the IT band starting at the origin of the muscle around the greater trochanter, then followed the muscle down towards the insertion point around the knee, hamstrings, and over the top of the calf. #cupping #deeptissuemassage #evexiacomo #mindfulmovementwellness
