I have had a lot of people coming in to my salon with complaints and redues from places I love to help and fix them for you guys but would like you guys to know... that whether the salon is corporate or private owned u may get a refund or have them fix there mistake if you would not like them to please contact MO State Boards of Cosmetology and report them and make a complaint website is pr.mo.gov I will share to my page have good day !!!
