As much fun as I’m having playing with these pups...were cold and going home! We were successful in adopting out two yesterday but today’s weather put a damper on how long we could be at MFA today! These 8 sweet heeler mix puppies (see if you can find them all) will be in MFA (Buffalo, MO) parking lot with me FRIDAY 10/12 & SATURDAY 10/13 from 10-4pm waiting for you to come give them a chance at a forever home! What you need to know: We will have adoption applications available, one must be filled out and approved before you can take home your new family member! (Takes about 15-20 mins) ... There is a $50 adoption fee that covers there shots/wormer/flea & tick prevention. (Cash/check/cash app or PayPal available) There will be 4 males and 4 females available for adoption come give these babies some love and help them find that special family! Please share!

This gorgeous boy is Badger Last chance post before heading off to Polk county humane society! We’ve done so good finding these babies homes but he is one that is still here for what reason I don’t know! He’s such a good boy, zero issues in my book! This boys name is Luke, a previous rescue that was adopted out and they are needing help. He is a very well taken care of and loved for boy but this was unexpected and $500 hurts anyones pocket in this time we’re all experiencing. He will need this surgery as soon as possible otherwise they are looking at an infection which could easily result in worse. Any amount helps, please share!

Delilah just got a bath and we’re headed off to Polk county humane society this morning! This sweet girl deserves a forever home! Please go visit miss Delilah in bolivar and help her find that special someone. This is a bitter sweet moment for me but I know this establishment will take good care of her and give her the next big jump in finding a home!

This is my heart. I have put blood, sweat and tears into this rescue. Followed all the rules and took all the steps. We’ve owned this home since feb 2019. July of 2019 I started a 501 c3 non-profit no kill, animal rescue and started to remodel our extra building on the property in hopes to help our community and above all do what I’ve always loved. We’ve had a blessed first year! ADOPTED out 23 dogs and 34 cats COVID-19 seems to be the least of our worries in 2020. 60 days ...ago now we received this letter, no knowledge of hoa rules, looked through every page on our mortgage papers. Nothing. 2 days later I confirmed by calling city hall and was told that there were indeed rules that we never knew of, never signed for and at the very worst were never told of. We bought this house from family I’m not sure what god has planned for us. But we have decided to do what we feel is right and move Fursaken. The issue is we never planned for this and our community support (as gracious as I am) has been just enough to keep these precious rescues fed and the lights on. I don’t do this to make money, I do this bc it’s my passion. WE WILL BE TEMPORARILY CLOSING our doors until we raise enough money to move locations We have moved all rescues into our home because well they can’t do a thing about how many animals I choose to foster but that has been less than ideal and we need EVERYONES help in this. We have 7 current dogs needing homes and 5 cats! I have contacted Polk county humane society and they are helping us as quickly as they can but I hate to see rescues moved to another facility and not a home. PLEASE SHARE OUR STORY I will still be actively rescuing and working to place animals in need but we cannot provide sanctuary at this time.
