Lee's Summit Parks and Recreation (LSPR) is following the guidelines and guidance set by the Health Order released by the Jackson County Health Department. As o...f Friday, November 20, 2020, LSPR will be requiring all patrons in our facilities to wear masks. The only exceptions to not wearing a mask will be swimming, showering, medical conditions and/or children under 5 years old. LSPR will continue to monitor local health orders and adjust as needed. The LSPR bored jar is exactly what it sounds like! We have created a jar that is full of popsicle sticks that have different games/crafts/experiments written on each one. Each day, we will draw a popsicle stick from the jar and based on what is written, we will record a quick demo video to show you the supplies you will need and how to play the game, create the craft or do the experiment! When you and your family members get bored from being stuck inside at home; check out our daily videos and have some fun with the family and when you complete a craft or experiment, make sure to share those photos!
