Based on our all black salon-inspired fashion, we aren’t quite sure if our patients will expect a cut & color or a whole-body, physiology healing treatment!

I’ll take the first path, please! Do you have a rosy picture of what healing looks like? Well unfortunately the healing process is not always a linear one. It’s often met with road bumps, twists & turns, unexpected routes and sometimes moments you feel like you’re going to fall off the ledge of that windy road. But that doesn’t mean it’s not worth it in the end! oh sweet freedom! ... True healing is a result of dealing with those twist and turns head on, allowing you to access the next point. And then the next. And the next. And it’s what you release, heal and learn about yourself, all while establishing new behaviors that allows you to be successful, resilient and live a life of fulfillment and longevity. It can be difficult to figure it out on your own. Figure out the root cause? No problem. Creating a treatment plan? We’ve gotcha. But it’s navigating those twists and turns that make IHP who we are to get you feeling and BEing your best. You deserve the best care and the best guidance. Invest in yourself. Give yourself permission to truly heal.

We want to hop on here and give you a special message whoever needs to here this Normally this time of year is a fun transitional phase from summer into school year, looking forward to fall, holidays, school events. But this is far from what we know to expect this time of year. Navigating virtual learning AND working from home ... we are being called to adapt and ride the waves. But some of you may be feeling like you’re barely treading water you got caught in... the riptide instead of floating or riding the waves. Our passion and calling is to provide the best care and help you become the healthiest, most energetic and resilient person. But We realize that not everyone is in a physical or mental space to receive more info, more science, more health stats, more stuff. And that’s okay. So this post is for YOU! A lot of it will get muted by all the noise around you and overcrowded by the crashing waves of this ride. It can be difficult & tiring doing it all and trying to figure it out. So just know that we are here for you
