Unfortunately as you may have noticed in your email (if you are a current client) we have had to create, will now follow and enforce a Cancellation Policy as we...ll as a Late Arrival Policy. Over the last 5+ years at Blades Salon, I have never ever had issues with people just not showing up for an appointment. Especially since we send email and text reminders. . . BUT over the last several months it has become an issue and continues to get worse as we had 3 people no call, no show just yesterday . Believe us we understand life happens as we all 3 have families, kids, pets etc of our own that dictate our schedules on occasion we just ask that you let us know as we do our best to do the same. You do not need to sign the form we emailed. We sent just for your information prior to signing at your next appointment.
