The Boone County Sheriff's Office has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing adult incident that occurred at 14903 South Cee West Drive, Ashland at 10:45 AM on 04/24/2021. The endangered SILVER advisory missing adult is Richard E. Guffey, a white male, age 78, height 5'11'', weight 220 lbs, gray hair, with blue eyes. Mr. Guffey is believed to be suffering from medical issues that impact his cognitive abilities/awareness. Mr. Guffey’s vehicle was missing from his residence and he has not been heard from. This evening Mr. Guffey's vehicle was located unoccupied in the 3900 block of Peachtree Drive; however, Mr. Guffey has not been located. Anyone seeing Mr. Guffey, or anyone having any information related to his whereabouts should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Boone County Sheriff's Office at (573) 875-1111.
