A recent workout with my coach @heydrrob. He included some back work which I love. My triceps were waving at the end. Looks like I need to give them some resistance work. The gym is my happy place.

Well friends, I have a new gym goal. When I saw @heydrrob doing this, I immediately wanted to do it too. It’s going to take some time and lots of practice. I loved this style of squats we did today as super sets with hip thrusts. I’m pretty sure I know what body part will be sore tomorrow. Thanks to @heydrrob for another great workout and keeping me on track with intraabdominal pressure, glute activation and keeping my feet pressing into the floor. It makes such a difference in being able to successfully lift without back pain.
Had a great time doing hip thrusts as a warm up for squatting today. Doing super sets is an efficient way to do a lot of work in a shorter amount of time. As usual, much gratitude to @heydrrob for his masterful coaching and his never ending patience.
This exercise is harder than it looks. It helps to have a great workout partner to push thru with. As always, thanks to @heydrrob for his brilliant programming and coaching.
Oh my sore booty. This is such a great glute exercise. The best part Glutes are on but zero back pain. Thanks @heydrrob for helping me get stronger not older.
