A recent workout with my coach @heydrrob. He included some back work which I love. My triceps were waving at the end. Looks like I need to give them some resistance work. The gym is my happy place.

I loved this style of squats we did today as super sets with hip thrusts. I’m pretty sure I know what body part will be sore tomorrow. Thanks to @heydrrob for another great workout and keeping me on track with intraabdominal pressure, glute activation and keeping my feet pressing into the floor. It makes such a difference in being able to successfully lift without back pain.

Had a great time doing hip thrusts as a warm up for squatting today. Doing super sets is an efficient way to do a lot of work in a shorter amount of time. As usual, much gratitude to @heydrrob for his masterful coaching and his never ending patience.
