No classes today as the stomach bug has beat me down pretty hard. It wins this round.

Today we say goodbye for a while to Sensei Alicia Davis as she takes the next step in her life. She will be pursuing her degree in Environmental engineering and getting to the Dojo when she is back for visits. Seeing her set her goal as a white belt to get her Shodan by a certain time and work to get it shows that she envelops the Martial Way and will do great things on and for this Earth! We shall miss you!

There are no classes Thursday as it is the 4th of July! Be safe and don't practice your blocks on bottle rockets!!
