Things to do before you call us... Change your filter, If you have a heat pump switch it NOW to emergency heat. It is WAY TOO COLD to run your heat pump. If you have gas heat check your exhaust for blockage of ice. Keep you thermostat at a set temperature don't run it on a program until it warms up. If all else fails call us for service and we will get to you as soon as possible. Stay safe and warm!!!
