#Throwback: Hole through! MSDPC’s tunnel boring machine has finished its two year, 3.9 mile journey from Shrewsbury to Clayton. The tunnel it dug will help alleviate basement backups and wastewater overflows. Construction on the Deer Creek Tunnel continues through late 2022.
