The ENCORE Presentation of our popular THYROID RECOVERY SEMINAR will be held this Thursday, Sept.3rd at 6:30pm! See below for more information. Seating is VERY limited so call now at (314) 395-0509 to get your tickets! The Seminar is FREE.....The information is PRICELESS! FINALLY, you will discover the Answers and Solutions that can be LIFE CHANGING!... When the thyroid gland is not working properly it can cause the following symptoms: *Digestive Problems *Constipation *Weight Gain (even with calorie and carb counting AND exercise!) *Fatigue *Hair Loss *Cold or Numb Hands/Feet *Depression *Insomnia *The Need for Excessive Amounts of Sleep *Nervousness/Anxiety *Mood Swings *Memory Problems and "Brain Fog" *Loss of Interest in Previously Enjoyed Activities *Heart Palpitations *Muscle Weakness *Muscle Aches/Pains/Cramping *Headaches *Frequent colds, flu, or other "bugs" *Slow wound healing and these were just PART of the dysfunctional thyroid picture... Proper support and management of the thyroid requires medical intervention to take a multi-pronged approach. To learn more about how it is possible to alleviate these symptoms we are taking reservations for my FREE Thyroid Recovery Seminar this Thursday, Sept.3rd at 6:30 pm. The workshop will be held in my clinic, NeuroLogix Integrative Functional Medicine, which is located at 16140 Westwoods Business Park Dr. in Ellisville. This is a 90 minute presentation that contains information you most likely have never heard before. I explain, in detail, the physiology of symptoms and why they so stubbornly won't go away or get worse. Why the doctor may have said the lab tests are normal when CLEARLY all is NOT well....why the WRONG tests may have been run....HOW what SEEMS like a "bad" thyroid may have NOTHING to do with the thyroid gland itself....How something as seemingly unrelated as the TEETH may be part of the problem....why the GUT may be the big problem for many (or even the liver, the stomach or the brain!)...and HOW TO KNOW what's REALLY wrong so that the right SOLUTION is found! More importantly- you will learn how it is possible to recover from and resolve these symptoms! If you would like to attend this free, informative workshop please call (314) 395-0509 to make your reservations today! See more at www.NeuroLogixIFM.com and www.LifeChangingCare.com

The FDA claims that laetrile is toxic. This is an absolute lie. Read the first chapter of Alive and Well (which is in the link below) to see how absurd the FDA claim is. It is only toxic to cancer cells. http://www.whale.to/m/binzel.html

This is the story of a young science-writer at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, who risked everything by blowing the whistle on a massive cover-up involv...ing a promising cancer Laetrile therapy. The launch of the War On Cancer in the early 1970s set the stage for massive influx of new ideas in fighting cancer. Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, America's leading cancer research center at the time, was assigned the task of testing one of the most "quackish" of all "quack remedies" in an effort to curb the public's "false hope" in the alleged therapy. Ralph Moss, PhD, a young and eager science writer, was hired by Sloan-Kettering's public relations department in 1974, to help brief the American public on the center's contribution to the War On Cancer. Shortly after starting his position, Moss befriended one of the center's oldest and leading research scientists, Dr. Kanematsu Sugiuraan original co-founder of chemotherapy. While meeting with this iconic scientist to pen a biography on his extensive 60-year career at Sloan-Kettering, Moss discovered that Sugiura had been studying this "quack remedy" in laboratory mice for nearly 2 years, and with unexpectedly positive results. Shocked and bewildered, Moss reported back to his superiors what he had discovered, only to be met with backlash and denial from Sloan-Kettering's leaders on what their own leading scientist had found. Fueled by respect and admiration for Sugiura, Ralph Moss spent over four years in his attempts to publicize the truth about Sugiura's findings. And after all diplomatic approaches failed, Moss lived a double life working as a loyal employee at Sloan-Kettering while also recruiting his fellow employees to help anonymously leak this information to the American people through a newly formed underground organization they called"Second Opinion". Though a documentary, it’s dramatic enough to be reminiscent of ‘The Insider,’ the whistleblowing thriller about Big Tobacco. Graham Fuller, New York Daily News, 9/28/14 Second Opinion: Laetrile At Sloan-Kettering - Trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=3&v=nGXzLuxwqQs The Treacherous Cancer Organized Crime Syndicate is Too Prosperous to Allow a Cure. The simple fact is that the cancer industry employs too many people and produces too much income to allow a cure to be found. This film shows us the enduring fight of a man who was brave enough to stand up for his convictions and what he knew to be the truth, risking it all to inform the public of a sham perpetrated by organizations that remain open today largely due to the support of the public that they've lied to. There are many aspects to health, and having a friends and family support system is an extremely important one. Loneliness has become epidemic. I LOVE one solution suggested involving Seniors providing affordable housing in exchange for a young(er) person living with them who provides companionship and perhaps small services in exchange. I can see that working beautifully with the right fit of personalities.

If you haven't heard, there's a rumor circulating about full coverage for veterans at hospitals. Here's how VA benefits actually work with Medicare.

Another example of prescription drug over-pricing. Clearly this practice hurts the most vulnerable among us, particularly seniors.

It's IMPORTANT to understand what entering the hospital under observation status actually means....and how it can be very costly to you.

I've just recently committed to no longer consume single use plastic items. Given I'm 65, I wish I'd started sooner! It's not impossible (so they say), but there's quite the learning curve for someone stuck in Life LOOONNNGGGG habits like me!
