The passage we are exploring today is in the world of a young man with great wealth. Some call this young man "the rich young ruler". However, I would like to challenge you to not just look at this young man's problem with riches; but, focus on the fact that his riches was something that he could not give up in order to follow Jesus. For you, it may not be great riches but...what is it that you are hoping Jesus does not ask you to give up to follow Him? What is it that if ...Jesus asks you to let go...you may drop your head and walk away sorrowfully? While you are having a "great relationship with Jesus"...is there something that you are hoping that Jesus does not ask you to make a "one or the other" decision?

An introduction to the book of Acts highlighting some key points around the heart and mission of the people of God called the church. The results of the pandemic has disrupted traditional assembly. Interestingly, traditional assembly was also disrupted in the first century. May we embrace what God is doing in this new season to reach more for the Kingdom.
