Have you ever wondered how much it costs to build and maintain your favorite trail(s)? Here’s a chance to learn about The KC metro ‘trail economy’ brought to you by the organization behind all our metro singletrack.

Some of the newly constructed paved trail east of Line Creek Pkwy south of 152 Hwy.

Do you hike, run or bike the singletrack trails at Smithville Lake, Stocksdale Park (Liberty) or Hodge Park? Did you know that all three of those trails systems were built by volunteers? And that they are also maintained by volunteers? The group is Urban Trail Co. and they not only build/maintain those Northland trails, but also several other trail systems throughout the KC metro. ... Please consider supporting this group during their annual fundraising event!
