Plantar Fasciitis is a common problem for many people because it has many causes. It happens when the thick band of tissue connecting the heel bone to the toes becomes inflamed or swollen and can cause intense pain, especially in the heel area that can last for a long time if left untreated. The good news is physical therapy is very effective at treating plantar fasciitis. We can recommend a stretching routine and other techniques, as well as evaluate your progress.
