HEARTWARMING VALIDATION....Last year at this time, MO Better was just a dream. But, with a lot of help from a team of dedicated Board members and advisers, comb...ined with some generous volunteers, donors and corporate partners (BeerSauce Shop, Shamrocks Pub and Grill Third Wheel Brewing, Friendship Brewing Company Orthotic & Prosthetic Lab Inc. and others), this dream has become a reality and we are beginning to make a difference in the lives of Missouri kids and adults living with physical disabilities. The best is yet to come. We are pleased to report that today we got word that MO Better has been approved as an official participating nonprofit organization in GiveSTLDay2018 on May 2. Powered by St. Louis Community Foundation, Give STL Day is a 24-hour day of online giving that shines the spotlight on our region's vast assortment of nonprofits, their missions, and the extraordinary ways they make St. Louis special. Whether we raise $100 or $100,000 on May 2, we already feel like we have a victory just by being recognized as part of a great community of nonprofits who, like us, are dedicated to making our communities and the lives of those in them "more better."
