Reminder: No brunch buffet today. But we do have our regular menu of food and lots of beer! Open 11-6!
It’s finally here! Saturday Morning Cereal Killa Cinnamon Toast Crunch Blonde by community Brewer, Brian Haskins!... Made with CTC cereal, milk sugar, vanilla and organic cinnamon sticks! And it is fantastic! Open 11-9 today. Come get some!
Sorry. No Brunch this week. But we will have regular menu from 11-5...and beer!
Not exactly New Brew Thursday, but back by popular demand! Left: Put on your drinking pants. Our German Style Kolsch! Right: Helles Half Life. German Style Helles Lager, from our friends at Deep Sleep Brewing Company!... I drank these two! Come get your own! Open today from 4-9!
Our tart Berliner Weiss can be served plain or with one of our house made syrups. It’s like wearing a tuxedo t-shirt. ‘Cause it says, like I wanna be formal but I’m here to party too!
Beer Release! Community Brewer, Steve Agnew, created this easy drinking cream ale! Made with copious amounts of rice instead of the traditional corn. It’s light and refreshing! Oh and did we mention that Steve is a carpenter and cabinet maker. He built our bar! ... We’re open from 4-9 tonight. Come try our newest beer on tap!
We at Old Bridgeview Brewery would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. We wish we could have been open to celebrate with you all but rest assured we are getting closer. See you all soon! Cheers!!! Beer safe out there.
Remember it’s Small Business Saturday. And don’t forget about us when we open!
Why yes! I am carbing an IPA, in my house shoes, drinking a Kolsch on Thanksgiving morning. Thanks for noticing! Happy Thanksgiving from your friends at OBB!
Stained some of the bar, brewed a NEIPA, part of floor had to be fixed and the new sign is up. Cheers!
So the walk-in cooler is getting very happy. Yes those kegs are full. Are we done? Not even close. We would like to give a shout out to the Brewe Crewe. Alec and Blake have a podcast called brewecreweofficial. They interviewed Old Bridgeview Brewery yesterday and after editing will release the interview possibly next week. Stay tuned for the link. They hung around afterwards and helped brew a Raspberry Gose. It will be delicious. Cheers!!! See you all very soon.
Brewing a Rye Saison today. And having a little fun with someone that decided to park in front of the brewery!
Cleaning some buckets today at Old Bridgeview Brewery. We just need Neil Peart to arrive for his drum solo.
Our bathroom doors are starting to come together.
We are still working hard to bring you the best beer we can make. Hope to see you soon. Cheers!!!
We have a winner! Thanks guys. We have a great group of farmers that picked up the grain tonight and will be back for another load soon. Thanks for sharing! Important: we are looking for someone with livestock that is interested in free spent grains as a supplemental food source. Usually about 250 pounds wet, each time we brew. Our original person fell through. Looking for someone near the Washington area. We will provide the trash cans filled with grain. Just pick it up, ...rinse containers and bring them back when you pick up the next batch. We are going to be brewing as often as possible starting today. Once we get several batches done we will have a more set brew schedule. Please help us out and share this post with your friends. We would like this grain to go to good use. Message us on our page please. Thanks!
If you’re going to the beer festival tomorrow, stop by our tent and say hey! We have 6 different beers and a hard seltzer with house made syrups!
https://www.emissourian.com//article_c849f27e-f9dc-11ea-99 We made the paper! The article originally said that we had a beer garden. So we thought we better build one!
We did a thing. Six weeks ago today we made a beer with Nick Lyons at Deep Sleep Brewing Company! It’s our take on an Oktoberfest. It’s crisp like a lager should be, but with a serious malt backbone! Nick is taking good care if it while it continues to lager for at least another six weeks. Although he did liberate a keg for his personal tap! So I’m assuming it’s pretty good! We will keep you posted when we are ready to release it at the brewery!... Prost!
Yep. We will be there!
We are absolutely amazed and humbled by the support that we have received on Kickstarter. Thank you so much! We surpassed our goal on the first one and more people are asking about swag and experiences. We will be able to open another Kickstarter, shortly. We will keep you posted. Our Community Brewers are very exited as well. All Kickstarter proceeds will go towards additional fermenters and other equipment, to keep them brewing beer for you! ... Stay tuned for updates along the way, and we will see you...at the bar!
Stop by and see us tomorrow. We will have some interesting beverages to sample. Hope to see you there. Please remember CDC guidelines are in place for this festival. See the Washington Jaycees 14th Annual Brewfest pages for more information on these guidelines.
The Washington Missourian came out today for an interview. We thought 9:21 AM was a perfect time have a celebratory beer!
