Update: May 8, 2020 Now that governmental oversight has reduced restrictions, PWA will be open during regular business hours starting Monday, May 11th. Though we will be open, please note the following policies and procedures. The health and safety of PWA staff, clients, and visitors to our office are our primary focus during this public health pandemic. We are continuing to follow the latest rules, regulations, and guidelines from the CDC, local government, and public h...ealth agencies to prevent the potential spread of COVID-19. Our staff members are practicing the following precautionary measures. We will keep you updated with any changes or additional announcements. As our staff will be practicing social distancing, we still encourage video, phone, or email communications as much as possible. If it is necessary to arrange remote video communication for larger group meetings, you can reach your project manager to discuss these arrangements. In order to aid any potential contact tracing, all visitors to the office must check-in at the front desk. There will be a visitor sign-in/out form on the front desk. We are asking clients/visitors who are ill or may have been exposed to reschedule appointments or visits for a later date to be determined. It is possible to arrange remote video communication if necessary. We are making sure any team member feeling sick stays home. We are making proper hand-washing a priority. We are providing access to hand sanitizer within the office. We are cleaning office surfaces and meeting spaces often. We are postponing or canceling large gatherings within the office. Lunch and Learn seminars have been canceled for the foreseeable future and will be re-scheduled for later dates to be determined. We are encouraging our materials representatives to communicate online if possible and send materials via delivery service. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make the necessary adjustments to provide continuous service within these protocols.

We checked in with our staff earlier today to see how things are going with working remotely. For some, this poses some challenges. Heidi Hyland sent back this photo of their dog with the caption "dog distractions."

Update: We would like to reassure our clients, consultants, etc. that PWA is still open for business (with visitors limited to only necessary requirements for projects). With most staff members working remotely, our response may be delayed. Thank you for your patience.
