Contract your winter propane with Ray-Carroll Fuels today! Prepay propane for the 2020-2021 season is $1.25 per gallon. If you have not received a prepay propane contract from us via mail, please contact our office at 816-776-3098. Prepay contracts are due (paid in full) by September 30, 2020. Our contracting period is October through April.

Budget Level Program is $1.35 per gallon (split into 12 monthly payments) due by July 31st. If you have previously contracted propane with us, we will be mailing you a contract proposal for this year. If you have not previously contracted with us, call us to set up your propane contract for the 2020-2021 propane season.

Propane Bottle Fill Special $9.99! In honor of Independence Day, Ray-Carroll Fuels will be having a propane bottle fill special June 30th, July 1st & July 2nd at the Richmond Station, 807 West Main. This price is good for 20lb bottles. Discounts will also be available for 30lb and 40lb bottle fills.

Ray-Carroll Fuels will begin the propane summerfill program on July 1st. The 2020 summerfill price will be $0.99 per gallon. This will be our best rates of the year! If you are new to the summerfill program, this is a one time propane tank fill during July or August. Call the fuels office @ 816-776-3098 to sign up.
