DRIVE-THRU TRICK OR TREAT AT CITY HALL Mark your calendars! Join us for a drive-thru trick or treat event on Saturday, October 31 from 1:00-3:00 pm at Richmond... City Hall parking lot. Since the kiddos will not be able to participate in the Annual Trick or Treat Street inside the gym this year, the City of Richmond, with the help of local businesses, is proud to sponsor this modified event. All participants are encouraged to dress up and drive through the City Hall parking lot. The drive-up trick or treating means all participants must stay in their vehicles at all times. We will pass the candy to you through the car window. Each child in the vehicle will receive a candy bag. No walk-ups will be allowed. More details about this event will be released closer to Halloween.
