1. Reports to the RKCF Maintenance Supervisor and keeps him/her apprised of all matters affecting vehicle fluids, vehicle cleaning, and lot condition. 2. Conducts all duties in a SAFE, reliable, and efficient manner. Places safety first. 3. Clean and/or power wash vehicle exteriors daily or as scheduled. Do not clean when the outside temperature drops below an acceptable level per policy. Ensure that the power wash truck is parked indoors when the temperature is expected to f...all below freezing. 4. Operate power washer in a prudent manner with strict adherence to proper procedures. 5. Remove vehicle trash daily; sweep as needed; spot clean glass, spills, etc. 6. Detail clean vehicle interiors as scheduled or directed. 7. Check vehicle fluids; top off as needed; document vehicles checked and note any fluids added on fluid check log. 8. Daily document all vehicle body damage. 9. Empty trash in vehicle lots and police up any trash on the ground. 10. Assist in snow removal and apply ice melt in winter months. 11.
