I could address issues I had observed and fill a need I could witness firsthand for skilled and acute rehabilitation providers. The goals of SUMMIT are to provide on-demand, high quality, professional non-emergency me...dical transportation to skilled nursing, acute rehabilitation hospitals, and acute care hospitals. We strive for thoroughness and excellence in everything we do in the office and with our drivers. Most of our drivers are paramedics and have over 15 years working in the healthcare field. Our ultimate goal that drives us every day is exceeding the expectations of the social workers and case managers who utilize our service. I’m noticing tonight that this black binder has been by my side for several weeks now. I’ve always known, but couldn’t consistently make the time, to capture Summit’s office operations into checklists/policies. Starting year 4 in business, we’re making it happen so we can work on the business and just not in the business. Whew!
