One common issue that we keep seeing with this pandemic, among several others, is that women are being disproportionally impacted. Whether it's stepping back to take care of the family or working in essential caregiver roles that are threatened by Covid-19 - women are baring the brunt of this pandemic and St. Louis is no exception. We were recently interviewed by St. Louis Public Radio about how the impact of this pandemic is creating hardships for women in St. Louis and Ru...ng for Women is working on a structural change to end this. Rung aims to rebuild St. Louis’ middle class by helping women make more money in stable careers. By recruiting members for our first cohort starting in March, we are seeking to shift the narrative and move women to the top of the ladder in their lives and careers. If you haven't applied for membership, now is the time! https://news.stlpublicradio.org//women-in-st-louis-worry-a

This is on a whole other scale, a whole other level. There is nothing like this in St. Louis, no place that offers so many different types of services that are all focused on women. Misha, Rung coaching participant. Misha was one of our first coaching participants. She worked on her individual goals, as well as bonded with a group of Rung coaching members to hold themselves accountable to the lives they were creating for themselves. The best thing about coaching is that... you can work on your specific goals, build on your strengths, and align yourself on a path forward that will elevate your life. Have you been neglecting YOU? Are you ready to work on yourself and build a future of your dreams? We are still taking applications for our no cost membership. Apply today! https://rungforwomen.org/membership #EmpoweredWomenSTL #ElevateYourLife #RungforWomen
