Senior Spotlight - Keagen Winkler Keagen will be working as an EMT for the Cape County Private Ambulance and attending classes at Southeast Missouri State University after graduation. He has participated in soccer and videography while attending Saxony. His favorite memory would be the eclipse day because "it was a great day." His favorite teacher is Mrs. Lorenz because "she has always been nice." Keagen's favorite part about attending Saxony would be "how everyone knows each other and it is really tight knit." Senior Spotlight - Carson Williams Carson will be headed to Missouri S & T in the fall to study computer engineering. While attending Saxony he has participated in robotics, Beta Club, Pep Club, and National Honor Society. His favorite memory would be the Pep Club lock-ins and just hanging out with friends." His favorite teacher is Mrs. Aufdenberg because "she is really nice and a good teacher." Carson's favorite part about Saxony would be "just knowing that everyone knows who you are and all the teachers are here to support you." Good Luck Carson! Senior Spotlight - Tyson Whaley Tyson will be entering the workforce after graduation. He has participated in FFA while attending Saxony. His favorite memory would be "setting off the fire alarm during the FFA pancake breakfast." His favorite teacher is Mrs. Aufdenberg because "we got along really well." Senior Spotlight - Kohl Welker Kohl will be studying auto body at Mineral Area College. He has participated in basektball, FFA, and Pep Club while attending Saxony. His favorite teacher is Mr. Simpson "because he is a fun teacher." Kohl's favorite part about attending Saxony would be "all the friends that I have made." Good Luck Kohl! Senior Spotlight - Sydney Turner Sydney is headed to University Missouri - Columbia this fall and plans to study strategic communications. She has participated in basketball, soccer, track, student council, newspaper, tennis, Beta Club, National Honor Society, Pep Club, praise band, FCA, and small group ministry. Her favorite memory of Saxony would be "winning 2nd in tennis districts." Her favorite class would be newspaper because "I like the staff and its cool to see our product come out at the end of each month." Sydney's favorite part about Saxony would be "just getting to know everyone and building relationships with everyone." Good Luck Sydney! We wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Senior Spotlight - Brandon Thurm Brandon will be attending Cape Career and Technology Center after graduation and will pursue a career in digital media. He has participated in small group ministry, drama ministry, drama, Pep Club, and Traction. His favorite memory of Saxony would be "the entire senior year." His favorite teacher would be Mr. ZumHofe "because he is really funny and makes anything he teaches interesting." Senior Spotlight - Bayley Thompson Bayley will be studying Exercise Science this fall at Lindenwood University. She will also be a member of their diving team. Bayley has participated in FCA, Pep Club, swim and dive team, and chamber choir. Her favorite memory of Saxony would be "making it to State in diving my junior year." Bayley's favorite teacher is Mr. ZumHofe "because he has a good sense of humor and he is fun to be around." Her favorite part about attending Saxony would be "definitely the family-like atmosphere. Senior Spotlight - Abigail Thomason Abby will be attending Greenville University in the fall. She has participated in volleyball, soccer, track, cross country, small group leader/facilitator, Beta Club, NHS, Pep Club, and FCA. Her favorite memory would be eclipse day my freshmen year because "it was the first time I realized how relaxed the school was and hos much the teachers cared about us enjoying out time at school and learning." Her favorite teacher is Mrs. Wichern be...cause "she is my homeroom teacher and I have been able to grow during homeroom and she is there for me everyday." Abby's favorite part about attending Saxony would be that "my classes and all the staff because of how much they care. It is also small enough that they can all point out when you are not okay and make sure that you are." Good Luck Abby! We wish you the best in your future endeavors!

Senior Spotlight - Zachary Thieret Zach will be headed to Southeast Missouri State in the fall. He has participated in NHS, Beta Club, soccer, and Traction. His favorite memory would be "when the seniors won the assembly during Crusader Challenge Week." His favorite teacher is Mrs. Aufdenberg because "we have a good history when it comes to test taking." Zach's favorite part about attending Saxony would be "getting to spend time together with a bunch of other Christians and learn more about God everyday." Good Luck Zach! Senior Spotlight - Quinn Steffens Quinn will be joining the United States Navy as a Cryptologic Technician Interpreter. He has participated in soccer, Pep Club, basketball, Beta Club, student council and FCA while attending Saxony. His favorite memory would be "going to state my freshmen year with the soccer team." His favorite teacher is Mrs. Lorenz "because she is always there to give you a smile." Quinn's favorite part about attending Saxony would be "getting to be part of the family environment and getting to learn about God everyday." Good Luck Quinn! Senior Spotlight - Skyler Soto Skyler will be studying biology at Missouri State in the fall. She has participated in Traction, Pep Club, yearbook, volleyball, Beta Club, FCA and tennis while attending Saxony. Her favorite memory would be "all the friendships I have made." Her favorite teacher would be Mrs. Aufdenberg because "she makes her classes fun." Seth has participated in Beta Club, NHA, robotics, and Pep Club while attending Saxony. Seth's favorite memory would be "food truck day - because we spent time with friends outside of the class and it was fun." His favorite teacher is Mr. ZumHofe because "he is a funny teacher and makes everything interesting." Only in October! What a month at Saxony! We started off October with our TENNIS team competing in their first District competition and coming away with a 2nd place finish. Congratulations Coach Amy Birk and our tennis team! We are proud of you and your hard work. Then on Wednesday night our VOLLEYBALL team came away with Saxony’s first ever District win in volleyball. The Lady Crusaders came away with a hard fought win against SV Perryville to bring home the title. The Lady ...Crusaders will begin sectional play on Saturday, October 31 at 12:30 at SAXONY! Coach Emily Wahlers, Coach Laura Mitchell and the Lady Crusaders are looking to continue this history making season! Come out and cheer them on! On Saturday our CROSS COUNTRY team and Coach Max Wieser will be running in their District competition at Arcadia Valley! Good Luck Crusaders!!! Finally, the Saxony Boys SOCCER and SWIM teams are looking to continue postseason action as they begin District play next week!
