Looking for a new recipe for the family? Here is Dr. White’s Salmon & Green Bean Recipe! -Preheat oven to 425 -Wash and trim green beans -Toss green beans in 1Tbs avocado oil with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste ... -Season flesh side of salmon with salt, pepper, a dash of paprika and (my favorite) Pampered Chef 3 Onion Rub -Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat with 2tsp of avocado oil -When hot, add salmon skin side up surrounded by green beans in the skillet as shown in second picture -Sear salmon for about 4 min -Flip salmon over so skin side is down. Stir green beans a bit -I recommend adding a meat thermometer to the salmon at this point (don’t forget your skillet is HOT! Use oven mitts going forward) -Place skillet in oven to finish cooking until salmon reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees -Carefully remove and enjoy!! . . . #healthyeating #foodisfuel See more
