We had a home school attend the museum on May 26th for the rocket rule and tour. It is that time of the year when we look forward to our schools and scouts to start attending, Earl always puts on the best science show as well as giving the tour. Our gentlemen from St. Charles that are retirees from Mc Donnell help with the making of the stomp rockets. If you see this and would like more information as to making a special day for your school, scout, or church group or maybe just would like a day to come and check out the museum, I personally feel that you won't be disappointed.

Sorry that this is a little late in posting but we are happy to say that it is that time of the year when we begin hosting groups such as this. Troop 310 was here on May 17th and we had a great day with them. A very well behaved group of young men and they seemed to really enjoy the festivities. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. ONeil for think of the museum for your trip.

Last month the museum celebrated a special day in honor of Gus Grissom's birthday, and would like to thank all who helped in making it a success. We were honored to have Gus's brother and sister- in-law as a part of the celebration we also had a couple of Door prizes that we are pleased to announce our winners. Mr. Mark Hutchings of Farmington, Mo. and the 2 winners for the children were ironically by accident siblings, Easton and Addison Head of Bonne Terre.
