Fred W Hubbell If we are forced to close for public safety them presumably there will be some financial aid our employees are eligible for from a relief fund surely in the pipe line. We have not laid them off and have a reasonable chance to retain them when this is all over as training is painful and expensive! If all the restaurants are closed they are not likely to be attracted away from us either. Then too with the closure, lease agreements could be negotiated (Huge issue ). If we are forced to stay open in hopes of a miracle, to hold onto the highly trained employees as well as customers then most small business people who have worked so hard to get where they are will not quit till everything is lost, Then everyone looses... See where I'm going with this idea?........................Here is the bottom line too Craig, all the government people are urging everyone to stay away from Bars and Restaurants by NAME and gatherings of fewer and fewer people. What they are doing is forcing us out of business in a slow and painful death. If we are all forced to close we all have a chance to use our talents to recover when the time comes!!!

Very sorry, we are having employee problems and will not be serving kitchen food for a few days. We will have a full Sushi Menu and appetizers available though. Again very sorry but some things are just out of our control. We will keep you posted!!! Fred and Kira Lee Hubbell
