March 16, 2020: We are open and seeing patients. We are taking every precaution to keep our patients and staff safe from COVID-19 (Coronavirus). In addition to our normal practice of hand-washing, and cleaning and disinfecting tools and equipment, we have also implemented the following procedures: Additional cleaning and disinfecting measures throughout the office: Wiping down desks, chairs, and doors between each patient visit. Providing a new pen to each visitor for sign-in..., please keep the pen. Please consider paying with a debit or credit card rather than cash. Hand sanitizer is available at the front desk and in patient-care rooms. Limiting the number of people in the office at one time: We have suspended walk-in hours and ask that you call the office to schedule an appointment. Appointments are being scheduled to allow time for you to arrive, be seen, and leave before the next patient arrives. Please come alone or bring only 1 family member or caregiver with you. Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment time. Curb-side service. If your hearing aids need attention and you are uncomfortable coming into the office, call us when you arrive. We will gladly come to your car, get your hearing aids, service and return them to your car. Do not come to your appointment if you or someone near you has respiratory symptoms, fever, or exposure to COVID-19. Thank you and stay safe. Angie, Erica, Kathy, Scott
