Like many restaurants/small businesses, we are struggling to find reliable employees and we are short-staffed. Thank you for being patient with the hard-working, dependable help that DID show up today. In order to provide quality customer service, the following temporary changes have been made: 1) We will not be taking call-in/pickup orders during our lunch rush hours. We apologize for any inconvenience. 2) Extremely large orders or catering orders may take longer to fulfill... during our lunch rush hours and will be at the discretion of the manager. Please consider an earlier or later lunch time if you have an order for more than 8 people. Advance notice before 11:00 am helps us plan for a large order. 3) Some favorite menu items may not be available as we do not have the staff to prep the food in advance (Ribeye sandwiches, tenderloins, Italian beef, etc.) and/or we are having difficulty getting stock from the manufacturers/distributors (Heinz ketchup, Maxwell Street Polish Sausage, etc.) 4) We will try our best to fulfill your special requests but we have some staff working in spots that they were thrown into without extensive training and they may miss your request such as a toasted bun, a sandwich cut in half, extra ketchup in the bag, etc. Thank you for understanding.
