We all remember the destruction of the Joplin tornado on May 22, 2011 and the devastating tornado outbreak last year. The Joplin storm alone caused more than $1 billion in property damage and had an untold impact on families in the area. For one Missourian, Rita, the tornado was doubly destructive: it ravaged both her new house and the old home she’d shared with her husband of 52 years, who had recently passed away. To adhere to social distancing guidelines, ensuring the most protection possible for our customers and employees, we are calling our claims customers individually and setting up individual appointments.... At your scheduled time, come to our home office at 701 South Country Club Dr. in Jefferson City. When you arrive, please stay in your vehicle. You will drive up, an adjuster will look at your damage, and we’ll have you on your way to a dent-free vehicle.
