I emerged from the jungle renewed and reawakened to my purest, most feminine and empowered form. It has been a bit of an emotional roller coaster holding onto her since returning. I am doing my best to keep my fire stoked, my center Shiva channel strong, finding the gems in what is, and having gratitude. Joe Dispenza’s meditations continue to guide me in creating my future which, by the way, includes lots of human contact, belly laughing, travel, and therapeutic touch.
