We are making progress on more exciting projects in the winery! Today we are transferring barrel fermented cider. This juice was sourced from Happy Apples in Washington, MO and has been resting in a barrel since October. Stay tuned for more info!

A little more info on our weekend brunch series with Ozark Mountain Biscuit Co. and Beet Box... There will be 10am and 12pm seatings both days. You must purchase a ticket in advance. There will be limited outdoor seating available. ... Seating will be assigned day of when you arrive. Unfortunately we can not allow children or pets. Tickets include a Waves Cider-Mosa or your choice of N/A beverage. The bar will be open for additional drink purchases. Come thirsty ;) Saturday - Ozark Mountain Biscuit Co. Menu: BBQ grits, Ozark Mountain Skillet, Southern Fried Taters and Fresh Fruit Salad.
